I do not see any open disputes on our pay pal Sad_Gull. If you`d like send us a PM and we would be glad to refund you. Also, please note this coupon is only valid for a day or so more as we are filling up on orders.

Edit: I just checked and you used the service for 10 days and then wanted a refund. Hence why we would not refund you and your order was over a month ago?
