Hello,

As different things we have low minimum payout $1, accept adult traffic and we have daily payments.
Also if you can send more than 10000 visits per day contact us and we can talk about to increase some countries rates for you or about to send you activity bonus for example $1 per cashout request for payments over $10

After established our advertisers campaigns it was increased rates for some countries and also worldwide rate it was increased to $1

Your problem about count rate it was updated/solved, now you must to have big CPM.
