Url shortener that accepts telegram Traffic?

Can anyone suggest me Url shortener that allows traffic from Telegram.
Indian Traffic.

I think that right now almost all of them allow any kind of traffic. Since adsense banned all of them and they use ad networks which even show them porn ads on their pages, I don't think any shortener admin to make a problem for telegram traffic. But try with all paying so far and see.
