it really depends on what projects u have in mind, liek stated coding takes time, and if we have to waste more time to figure out what you want its not going to happen. Post what you need and maybe someone will get it done for you.. gl

And had a usergroup problem earlier
If you want my advise ExtraDan it's not a coder you need but a partner. You only really need to request a coder when you want some custom script created or custom mods for a site.
I'd advise you to consider getting another admin who has a bit more experience who will also be a lot easier to find. No "coder" is going to waste time with this as 99% of the stuff you need is basic admin management.
You should post a topic in this section looking for an Administrator. Get them to show what experience they have, people they have worked with (so you can trust them) etc. They'll be able to help you a lot better as I think you need more long term help and guidance.
