I'm urgently looking for a offshore vps since my current host HostRail decided to do a 60% price increase at such a short notice so I need to move straight away! My site is a hentai gallery (cartoon porn)

I need:
200GB space
2TB bandwidth
2GB Ram

$20/month

You should definitely check out http://www.knownsrv.com/

I've been with them since last year, and they've been nothing but awesome especially Krun!x. A hosting company that actually know what they're doing. And support has been top notch.

Try contacting them on their website or check their thread in the VPS section.
 
I believe knownsrv deserves all the good reviews :)
