i am looking for a shared or reseller package that is offshore and has lots of bandwidth and 10gb of space.

The main thing is that i want a hosting company that has an automatic billing system for paypal where you pay the once and they remove the money automatically from your account

Yes underhost does have an automatic billing system the best bs is WHMCS and they offer that :P They have asia and US servers.
