Can you remove the option "Login credential is valid for 2 hours"? I upload videos some times in a day and is a pain in the ass to keep changing the FTP password multiple times everyday

Hello, Currently, our encoder is fully automatic and encodes videos based on the original video you upload. When encoding a video, the original video will no longer be retained and the system must force encoding. You cannot choose the quality you want, in the future we will have a policy on your issue. I honestly can't understand how a flat and malfunctioning player it's not a priority for your business

To get your issue resolved as quickly as possible, could you let me know what your account is?
Normal videos have 2 qualities. For best optimization, we leave it 100% automatic instead of fixed for <iframe>
You can completely change it as you like when you use it.

This reply won't fix the malfunctioning player since there is no option for change the default player size except doing it manually which is impossible if we have more than 5000 videos. This should be a priority.

I checked like 8 similar video host companies and none of them has the 100% width option. All they have a fixed iframe size when you get the embed codes. I can't understand why make things complicated when you could make them easier.

the other day while i was watching a movie ¨RED ONE¨
the player after 1 hour of watching reloaded by it self ( you do not have resume on the player )
so i forwarded to the minute it interrupted me and after 5-10 minutes it reloaded again several times :/
is it something was happened only to me or did more had this experience? what could have cause this?
