Thanks for confirming site is up - I was worried for a second - Maybe they were talking about WJ site because it had some problems yesterday.
Everything seems to be running well today - I guess everybody has trouble with their site now and again.

There is no difference - In the beginning we had 3 plans - But over time we just decided to give the best rates possible for our PPD and PPS users.
