The rates are set to where they make sense for our site.

We look at the rates now and again and make adjustments if we can - However for now the rates will remain the same.

We have a lot of upload servers that rotate for uploads - If a server is slow please try again and you should get an alternate server.

We also offer FTP upload which is often faster since their is no 'site overhead' associated with an FTP upload.
