All countries count - I need more information about the problem to help to understand it - What is your username and which file are you showing me the stats for (Or which day are you showing the 40 downloads from).

this is downloads today alone but say ive only been paid for 4 downloads out of the 64 downloads

I am not sure if you have only been paid for 4 downloads - The screenshot I gave was to show the downloads of one file and when you were paid.

We only pay once in each 24 hours for downloads from the same IP - I looked into some of your other files and see that the same users are downloading over and over again - This could be the reason you are seeing lower than average numbers.

Right now you only have 22 files with us - I think if you upload more files you may see the ratios increase quite a bit.

It really depends on where the downloads come from - If the downloads come from sites where people downloads a lot of files at the same time (Within 24 hours) then the ratio for paid downloads will be lower.

So far this is the first time somebody has questioned the situation - But it has been like this from the beginning - As I said, the more files you have the better the install/paid ratio would be (I assume).

Some upload hosting have statistics country number download, maybe you introduce something similar for uploadrocket?

Looks nice - I will look into it but cannot promise anything.

On my system you can drill down by IP and see how how many times a user has downloaded files - But it is not graphical as above.

IF you had files that were affected you would have received an email from me - So I assume your files were not affected - What is your username? What file are you having a problem with? Is it your own file or a file from another user?
