Adblock wall will detect adblocker and show a message to disable adblock.
Once disabled, the user will complete captcha and counted like normal user.
Adblock wall does not detect 100% of all adblockers, for those not detected, as long as they complete captcha and click continue, it is still counted.

Doesn't seem slow to me.
Note that we do not limit upload or download speed.

No. It will stay at $20
This is to prevent small requests like $10 which will slow down payout process.
