Uploading files via python

I am learning python and i was wondering what would be the best course of action into uploading several files to hosters such as openload or clooud.tv using the standard uploading methods(file upload,remote file upload).

Which module would be the best for this?

Also i am open to any collaboration regarding this project.

It's the first coding language i would like to learn and seems the right choice due to its versatility.The second reason is it could run headless on a vps.

What are the rest of the choices?
