They suck. They're another one that shut down after the Mega take down and kept all affiliates money before they ran away, I'd never use them for anything. As for free downloads, no. There are still restrictions for free users.

this site never become popular due to bad polices

uploading.com is a scam, they cheat even free user by placing ads instead of original download link.
