is "notx88" & his income is 8.12$ !!!!!!!!!!!! this means that nobody reached the MIN amount for payout (10$) last month ! ;)

That's amount is calculated for February.We process and make payment at March, 05.From March 01 to March 04 he made more than 8$ so he got his payment

You can request payment from 1st to 5th on every month and we will process and make payout at 5th
