First off, decide what you're going to upload, don't upload all things you find on the internet coz most of the times it's just not worth it. For example... If you're going to upload Music then be a dedicated music uploader so then when someone saw your name they will remember that they've downloaded a full 320 kbps / FLAC music album from you.
Next is, spend some money for a premium account and an RDP / VPS, if you don't know what it is then google RDP / VPS.
Finally, choose only a few of forums to post so when someone replies and asked anything, you can give a nice and friendly support for them so then they will support you back by following your posts.
For the rest, please research and do some experiment, coz practice makes perfect

You need a forum / blog / tracker / ftp etc, which you will "steal" (leech) files from.
Among other things, you can use an open tracker called torrentday.
You can use a forum called warez-bb.
You can also use a release blog called rlslog.
Most FTP servers cost money.
You can download small files if you have bad internet speed. You can download larger files if you have faster internet speed. When you download a file, you can choose if you want to unzip the file, remove unnecessary links and text files, or you can ignore that process by simply uploading the files again. To your own account, of course. There are many alternative file sharing sites you can upload to. You'll have to decide for yourself which one you want to become a partner with.

I was thinking sharing porn from three main sites: Brazzers, Mofos and NaughtyAmerica. It's super easy, and remote upload works just great, so I can download and reupload a 2.4GB movie within 1 minute.
Kind of wondering though:
Which file sizes and .extensions should I focus on?
How many forums should I post my content to, 4 - 6 quality sites?
Should I make new threads in the Videos section or have a thread in Mega Thread section?
Is thumbnails with 5 minutes interval important?

Those paysites you mentioned are useless, it's overused content that hundreds if not thousands of people are sharing. Post on the biggest forums like pornbb, planetsuzy, exbii etc. It depends on your host, but focus on HD files.Thanks for your post MrSandvik,

Some file-sharing sites offer single link for large files. Some other file sharing sites do not offer this feature. Alternatively, you can upload the single file which allows it, and several parts to those that may allow it.
You do not have to have a maximum number of forums. You should spread your links anywhere. You'll get more downloads, the more they are spread around. You must never think for a maximum number. It is the wrong strategy. Alternatively, you can build up a solid reputation on a couple of forums. If you wish to achieve a good reputation you must focus on providing quality.
You can do both. You can post a new thread, and you can post a reply in your mega thread. Some forums may allow not this, but many forums have a bad moderator team, who do not care to be perfectly honest.
You can use a script, a tool that will create a thumbnail of the video file. You do not have to take the pictures yourself. There are many options. You open up the program, you open the video file in the program, and thus virtually all done and ready.
They may be overused, but definitely the most wanted and most popular. It does not matter if it is overused or not. You must do everything in your power to trick people into downloading your files. You don't have to think if the content is exhausted or not. They choose if they want to download or not. I know people are downloading high quality movies from Brazzers or one of the other mentioned sites, rather than a low quality porn videos of an amateur website.
Sandvik I wasn't talking about downloads. Very few people use PPD when uploading porn. Look at this from a PPS perspective.
Brazzers - everybody uploads it, you share oron links which are terrible for free users. The user just finds the content somewhere else on Wupload or Filesonic
