Joomlaz, everybody has payments proofs and they paid people until recently when they stopped paying affiliates.

They are having problems with their account verification at paypal (new owner etc). Open payouts via paypal will be processed finally at the end of next week (so the support said). After that business as usual -> all payouts within 10 working days (aka 2 weeks).

i have been in contact withe uploaded.to for a the last 30 days.
i have always trusted them as a service due to their excellent speeds etc.

anyway, the long and short of it is, the paypal payments have all been delayed almost a month now, due to their "unforseen circumstances".
however, you may be able to email their support with your user id and email registered, and they will return the balance to your account, and you can request a payout via alertpay or something similar.
