I can tell you sth since I am Chinese

First of all, if you a webmaster, and u want to register a domain in CHINA, you have to contact Chinese government, write an essay and briefly telling them what you do and promise not to do beyond anything (political . porn . etc)

Second of all, when you buying a host, you have to pay additional money to hire a Web Police and watch you website 24*7 so that no one can upload (political . porn . etc) material on your site

At last, Chinese Government has the right to close your website at anytime with any given reason (e.g. your domain is good for another big company, then they will close your site and give your domain to that big company without noticing you)

rofl! that is why all Chinese webmasters went to US hosts 3-4 years ago

i was talking about that and now users from 3 last hours what's your opinion :facepalm:
are your world is only uploading? no real life? no school finished? no tv-news watching? little know about world? jesus! :facepalm:
some people should really have real life and... back to reality

For me; I have a real job. Money earned with filehosts are just extra cash that makes me happy. with that, I bought a 55 LED TV ; a new xbox360 & a lot of other things. The death of filehosts will not change anything in my life, it's just a small business that brang me some money and simply ended. NOTHING LOST.
 
I am Chinese but I live in Other Country now :D

so all that bullshit is not really big deal to ME.

this is just a uploaded discussion topic not a chinese discussion topic ^^

dont talk shit that now everyone will make a new host in china, they are a socialist government and will it always be. just think of the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, their politic will never change and they will take you down faster than you can imagine

u forgot sth.... they doesn't know that.... they probably doesn't live on earth like we ;) they mayby live on upload-earth ;)

it's almost 2 weeks from "explosion in filehosting world" so they should already buy new serwers, new operators and and take control on this situation but still someting happening.... wtf how long it take :facepalm:
 
For some reason, downloading for free members isn't working = which means stats/earnings are just about 0.....

But downloading for premium users is working fine.

I tried to download a file as a free user, asked me for captcha twice and then told me I needed to become premium to download......

I hope it's temporary, otherwise.... it's a goner....... a filehost that forces you to buy premium to download...... :facepalm:
 
they will not make alot of investment unless they are sure they will get what they spent back. business 101.

you wont just run to market and buy all the servers and bandwidth just because there is a sudden demand. because if demand diminishes you will go bankrupt. they are just a company and their only aim is make money. which is the right thing to do.

they closed the free user for now probably because premium speeds were affected too much and people began to cancel premiums.
