Update: We had issues with some servers on Sunday. It's all been corrected now. Totti, you can calm down now :)

I need to renew my premium account, but I only have paypal balance. How I can solve this? My files are about to be deleted, the disk space is very little to users free.

You can help to pay through PayPal?

Don't know but have you tried clicking "Redeem" besides the "Make Money" tab? You can buy premium account using your balance..
 
Xtc: Your reasoning for downloading with an RDP was not valid. To tell us that you're downloading with TWO RDPs because it is 3x faster to then transfer the files to your harddrive afterwards is not a valid excuse. You're using a Premium account for commercial use, i.e. a Debrid or a Shared service.

We have users who download 200-300GB/day (that would accumulate to 6-9TB/mo) with their home connection far away from where you're located.

For everyone who despise Debrid services, Xtc is a prime example of what we are combatting. IPs involved:

This would be for any other hosters who read along this thread.

Upmoney: No, but if you voice negativity in the thread, quoting and discouraging other users to stop service with us, yet, you're still active and have files stored up, what does that exactly spell out? I'll*let you answer that.

We go to great lengths of answering people in here to our best ability. Taking critique is not on how we can fix your statistics. Taking critique is how we can improve our service. D4rk is creating kindergarten blabber and we will show zero-tolerance for it.

If he is/was that bored, he can take it somewhere else. Nothing he has said belongs in here.
