I'm having this error with some frequency today ...
(the account is premium, expires in December)

And the site is slow to load the page ... :(
 
same here.Unfortunally i've much backup on it and i can't quit it..I can't sell any premium,.They should at least introduce the possibility to set chosen files available only for premium ,and put some more limitation to free downloader.

Also they release sales earning after 30 days of verification..what could be worst? :facepalm:

logger - It's been said before we will look into this in the future. For now there is no option to set Premium only files.

Also I responded to your PM and the issue you had should be corrected now.
 
is working now..but please think about some solution in order to make uploaders selling more..with some tera upped just few premium sold..is no even good for you
 
log - You haven't sold many for us, but you aren't even on PPS. We will*
be bearing the cost for that, and I'm confident to say that your PPD*
stats are much better with us than anyone else. You can probably figure*
out why.

We won't make a premium only file option as that is against everything a*
real host should be doing. Our service isn't for the "privileged" only.*
This is why free users get much better speed than those who would like*
to cut back cost and limit them to painstakingly slow downloads.
