When a file is uploaded a message appears saying it will deleted 30 days afterlast recorded download. However on the dashboard it is stated that files will be deleted 30 days after upload. Which one is right?.

gamess - This is not an issue with YOUR account, if you read the forum you would see I have mentioned we are working on all issues such as this.

We know users are experiencing slow uploads and downloads at times. Rest assured that this is only temporary and will not continue in the future. We are waiting for the data center to resolve all issues, we are hoping everything can resume to normal within 24 hours. We do apologize for the delays.

pk - To answer your question as many as you want, also upload speeds are perfectly fine.

tres - It is 30 days after the last recorded download.

couldn't redeem voucher

Our user couldn't redeem a voucher.
when they redeem it at redeem.php, the screen said like this.
