From Risk Department:
Due to the unforeseen nature of being the latest asshole on our service
trying to manipulate the PPD system (albeit lucrative, we expect full
compliance), we've let this individual slip through our risk assessment
only once. Thus, this individual is in debt to us of approximately 70 USD.
Downloads sent to us were not from genuine users and a service was setup
to bypass the captcha.
No sales were made as he internally downloaded these files himself. He
and us would know that and we would happily post all his Class-C IPs for
other services to ban them, and eventually him.
This individual has never made anything genuine, and we would expect him
to refund us the 70 USD he owes us. The audacity to discredit our
service is beyond belief. If he replies again, we WILL post all his IPs
openly. This is a threat not to be mistaken. We wish him luck in the
future finding a host he can scam and retrieve payments from.
If you feel this is unfair or unjustified then PM me and explain your stats to us and you can continue to work with us.
