Captcha wasn't working for about 3 hours (About 8 hours from this post), since the datacenter wasn't able to connect to Google's ReCaptcha*API, but we managed to circumvent this after 2 hours, so everyone who wasn't able to type in a correct/incorrect captcha was still able to download. This could be a reason to why stats were down. Everything is resumed back to normal now. Thanks
