upload speed to fileserve/filesonic which datacenter to choose? help!!

im stuck with following options:

UK, London
France, Paris
Luxembourg, Steinsel
Germany, Frankfurt
Netherlands, Amsterdam
Canada, Montreal
USA, Chicago/Denver
Russia, Moscow

for fileserve and filesonic u have to go for USA u get the top speeds mate as far as i know

France and Netherlands also have nice peerings to the european servers of filesonic (and also fileserve? dont use it, dont know if they have eu servers!).

I've got German dedi and Filesonic speeds are really good. As for Fileserve, FTP speeds are ridiculously slow, but web uploading (Rapidleech and Remote uploading) go pretty fast.

I'm getting 40-100 mb/s to FSC and 20-40 mb/s to FS via Zoom on my Netherlands RDP. So i guess that might be a good option.
