This is a guide on how to make a Paypal account with a sending limit of $3000, you don't need to verify it.
Lots of people probably already know this but I am sharing it anyway.
STEP ONE -
Go to Paypal.com and click sign up.
STEP TWO -
Choose Canada as your country, choose Premier and click >Get Started<.
STEP THREE -
Choose any email.
Choose any password.
Choose any first/last/middle name.
Choose any DOB.
On Adress Line 1 type 83X Primrose Ct
X can be any number.
Adress Line 2 leave empty.
On City type Pickering
Choose province Ontario
Postal code should be in this format XXX XXX.
Home number in this format XXX XXX XXXX.
Now you're done.
