Sorry if this topic we're not updated yet, thanks for your help hostpirate but all is fine and running again since 7/8 days.
We do our best to ensure backup availability but in this case the hacker completely removed our external backup server directly via our shared servers.
Anyway, we do now 2 different restore point to be sure shit like this will never happen again, 1 take backup and the second rsync data from backup servers.
it's unfortunate there are people in the world who are so destructive and hateful, but we we're back and our grow continue normally with 2 new servers, US7 and NL4 around 1/10 of our customers we're affected which is around 320 customers/account, we apologize for the data lost.
Hopefully most users take backup every 1/2 day or have a FTP backup account with us has addon so backup was safe and alvailable, so the data we're restored quite rapidly.
We provided one free month to customers which we're affected per downtime this was caused, with the labor day, CPanel ip change we're difficult so NL1 has been down for around 3 days. others servers was restored after 12/24 hour.
