underhost/pain in the backside

i signed up for a singapore server on the promise i would get moved to hong kong which i did so fair play to them for it...But just a little while agi i find that cuz a support team member made a mistake im now being moved to malaysia when i was told i would stay in hong kong.....Do i have grounds to say that i wanna stay in hong kong and move me back or am i just gonna have to go with the flow
