OP: You cannot expect the WJ staff to remove negative reviews. Sort this out with your client. You can not blame your client and not offer some support at least, it is natural that the client will be angry with your attitude.

As for OP we need to sort this out. Today we had an issue with our site then when we showed you it was an issue on your server with proof you completely shut our site down and account. That's no way to go about things.

If you want to shut our site down you could of at least let us get a recent backup from it.

The specific problem was not fixed and you would see that by the video. I myself didn't create that video it was my forum partner however, it was justified in this case and from past experiences.

Sure, will continue on with a review. If OP could supply usas with our backup via PM then we can add in the review that they at least tried to sort the problem by sending a backup

Before we start to write for this case first of all we want to tell you : UndergroundPrivate staff and it's clients not accepts any threat or blackmailing from anyone , in the past time multiple services tried to blackmail us without any luck.

For the story you have opened a ticket yesterday saying that your website is not working (it was a software problem) , the staff told you that there is no problem from the server side , you answered "We have checked from multiple locations as well nothing from our end" , after some time the staff has started to investigate your issue and successfully fixed your problem even it if it is not our job to do it , by the mean time you wrote multiple abuse words / threats / blackmailing how you will reviews us if we "blame" you for something. You used many other words and how we are useless and sent us some videos , in the many years on our work we have never ever seen someone writing this , after this posts you have automatically saw the exit doors for breaking the terms of service and your account is being permanently terminated.

We are sorry that someone uses words like this , there are much more problems and clients are waiting politely to be fixed without threatening or abusing in this way , since we are useless now per your words y(and all others) you can go here and fine a provider which will be useful for you. Any other conversation with you for all our protection will be stopped and there is nothing left between you. We are sorry this ended up for you in this way but this was really brutal that we have never seen like this no where. All proofs will be posted here in the public so people can know the truth , thank you and we wish you to find a good provider per your needs and tolerate the actions you make.

Well that's all fine and dandy however all the proof was deleted when you closed the account..... so yea now I have no way of accessing the full chat logs plus the previous ones ;)

I've added you on Skype we can sort it there.

(edit: why are you guys shutting us down on skype?) We have the right to get our backup.... I've never met any hosting company who just completely shuts down an account and site like that... I also didn't make that video but the guy who did will most likely have some words to say when he comes online i guess.

That video also clearly shows the the issue was at your end. Our site was down for well over 24 hours and that shoudln't of even happen in the first place.

The reason I made the video is because nothing was getting done. Your support was "nothing is wrong on our end, check your plugins." Are you serious? I can't even access my phpMyAdmin as demonstrated in the video. Did you even see my c-panel? Not to mention I had to change the password login because our auto generated one doesn't work. Is that my problem as the client? Not to mention my site says "server" error. How am I suppose to fix what was likely a database issue when nothing loads.

You never fixed the issue. No issue was fixed because the site never loaded and still didn't load. Don't act like you were eager to help us with one word answers and closing our tickets. We have no way to provide proof when you close our account.

Again, the video was necessary to get your attention because nothing else worked, your support was utter garbage. I hope that anyone seeing the video understands exactly what went on because I provided proof of everything that occurred. It's laughable that you now decide to provide paragraphs worth of support in order to manage your reputation but when it came to offering simple support, you didn't. Being a server host you are there to provide support when a client asks for it. Not shun them away in an effort to avoid providing support.

As you said, we will find a useful hosting company, because you aren't one.

Now you threaten us with legal action? You broke your own TOS bud. You also posted the videos and image from a PRIVATE support ticket. The only people that brought it to light were you, not us. We never even intended on posting the video here.

Just to note, we didn't share the video nor the images, you did. That isn't our problem nor are we liable for you making something that was private via a support ticket, public which you did clearly above.


You are also breaking your own TOS and violating your own terms and conditions. You state in the note at the bottom that if we violate the TOS you are to stop contact. You went to Skype to get in contact with us. Your TOS states nothing in regards to blackmail, you could say they were threats, then again you are doing the exact same thing now by threatening Franklin.


I have yet to receive anything from Mediafire as well. Scroll up and see who posted the video and made a private ticket, public, it wasn't us. This entire page is being screenshotted and recorded as well.

We also tried multiple time to login to the cPanel to get a back up over the last 3 months but you never fixed the issues when asked. If you look at our account you can clearly see support tickets which show us trying to get access. As I demonstrated I had to change my own login credentials. There is now way to get a backup when phpmyadmin doesn't work nor does C-panel. Then you decide to completely wipe our site from your servers.


I wish you the best of luck. I'll be contacting whomever is an admin on this forum about this matter and would love for them to look at it.

the uptime is 100%......!!!!!! for a offshore shared hosting this is a miracle! I have tried multiple providers and all had a big problem and their issues wont be solved fast as UGP is doing, the support rocks they even replied me within some minutes and solve my issues they are the best for me no issues no thing! There was no any issue on the server as long as i have my small website.... :dan: Thank you UGP for keeping this quiet and cool my friends from Germany are also using without any problems and we are satisfied proof of uptime

I've been ddosed for the past week, and I currently don't have any kind of protection, since it's a small ddos (50Mps they said) will your protection help?

If so let me know since I'm able to pay 1 year if you cab actually protect my website.
