I don't know what is wrong suddenly but now I can't access my WP either from dedi nor from my home connection.

In last tickets, you responded that having sometimes difficulties on dedi meant that IP had "too many connections" and was (auto?)banned?

I don't even understand what that means and you didn't reply to my last ticket yet, either.

And I can't even access your web page now from my home connection to write a new one.

Please advise what I must do.
 
Been With these guys for almost a year now. Never had any problems. Customer service is extremely friendly and always looking to help you with whatever you need. Uptime is fantastic, Never had a problem so far. I highly recommend these guys.

Why they are scum, do you have best support, good service? YES you are all of us.

They have problems, censorship are all arround, so i will wait and continue with undergroundprivate when they comeback, i think those guys do everything to bring back service to customers.
