We see last days so much tension , we know that the DDos affect you all but we trying to recover. Thank you all clients for the warm comments and the support of the last days , as we talk the 4th new server is being launched. We got this week on the Netherlands hard issues , first DDos and the the hardware issue you got informed via e-mail.

We see also a client here which was abused our staff and constantly writing lies , let's write the truth about him. Since he has broken our terms and insulted badly our Skype staff he is not anymore our client , he is permanently suspended from our hosting , then because he got mad wrote non real comments. Probably came for harming and nothing else , he signed on 11/09/2014 he not know the basic about shared or VPS , we installed , optimized his VPS. Then he wanted to install his websites that he could not since you not know the basic , he left and then after days wanted to transfer , he uploaded a WordPress script which a plugin causing 100% of CPU usage , we helped him to re create the WordPress so he not lost the files and fix the issue and after that he messed up some plugins that not shown his images of website , he asked for our help. We then installed successfully the website he wanted and everything working fine and today came and started insulting the staff.

We can be only sorry for him and his stories , probably he would be more nervous now after suspension and will start to write his imagination stories , in this year of hosting we suspend not more than five times clients which insulted or threat. We must take our measures for all our protection. Anything else can be discussed to the tickets system regarding this or want information's regarding this , we writing only the truth and nothing more , we won't tolerate such a non sense comments and which are imagination.

Hello, I hope you will solve it all fast. Right now, even client area doesn't work. Is it because of ddos too or because of new server you are installing now?

Our servers are offshore , all servers are more than stable and not having any issues , we have last week a lot of DDos attacks on our Netherlands server , the latest post are all for the Netherlands server and for the DDos happened on it , we would like to thank all clients for their support and their trust for UndergroundPrivate.com If someone is not satisfied he could go to any other server location or if he not want to look in the wjunction topic about hosting and find somewhere else if he think there is better. On our hosting server the privacy is our priority and support of our clients , that's why customers know what they choose , that's why we have hundreds of clients , we are hosting company a lot of years , we care about our clients , we are not like the most companies they not care or they been created take your money and get closed. We are getting attacks via various methods and we successfully trying to protect all of us and avoid this kind of attacks.

I had some problem with my site, they took care of my site nicely and resolved smoothly. Since my site was consuming too much resource, I went for a VPS. The did all the transferring of files and my site is running well now They are the best in WJ. They are available via skype most of the time and respond promptly. Keep going UP

Please in those cases not contact us through here because you won't get support , you have many and different ways to contact us , we will write it again below. All services are running months without any issue , please not confuse by saying wrong things , we hope you understand.

Oh, thank you. I guess that's because I was downloading back up of my site so it had lot of connections. My bad. :)

Anyway, for future potential customers: I recommend this host. They have fast support and I have never heard "that will be problem" from them. Thumbs up. :)
 
currently my website is always timed out from yesterday, and also i cant connect to clientlogin.pw. i think the clientlogin.pw is using netherland server, since my website is located on netherland server too. can u check the netherland server?? your skype is offline from yesterday. i have message but no respond until now
