I am unable to browse RS and WBB.
Rest all the sites are opening easily. Wat cud b problem? Its surely problem with my ISP. But y this happens?
RS is not down, or is it possible dat they hv banned my IP?
Coz this happened some months ago, but started after 1-2 hrs...

Im browsing frm home, also i hv dynamic IP. My ISP is Tata Indicom (VSNL). I had called them for this issue and they said problem will get solved after 2-3 hrs.
What can I say abt this? And why this happens?

Well you have to give a bit more information. A lot of places like colleges, schools, librarys etc have banned Warez-BB. Not near as many have banned Rapidshare but you'll have to tell us:
1.) if your at home what's your internet provider
2.) Where are you located (that should be enough as we don't want you to post your IP address)
 
having the Same problem with Warez-bb RS opening though...
My ISP is MTNL.
i am at home no blocking software installed or anything.
 
Ok so the most likely problem is their receiving a dos attack or some other simillar attack and have temporally blocked the IP range. The problem in India where it is based is a large number of users share similar IP addresses. This happens way more so than other countries like the US or UK so when one IP range is blocked it only affects a few hundred users rather than in India where it affects a couple of thousand.
Their's not much you can do about this besides be patient and wait for the doss attack to stop and the IP to be unblocked. Until then you have little choice but to use a proxy or other similar method to hide your IP address.

But I guess its not the Indian users only who are facing the prob, users from some other countries are facing the same prob, so no need to worry much.
 
I apologize. It's stopped for me too now. I only though this as its a regular occurrence and is the most common cause for downtime on WBB.
