A quick review from me..
Servers are great, speeds awesome, but the support needs to be worked on..

-Better English.
-Better knowing of what you're doing.

So far the experience with them was not so good. The server was buggy in some way, i had an admin of another hosting company (<3) re-format my VPS and install everything again, since their support was like "you are doing something wrong, other clients have no problem".

Bottom line. Ive lost almost 20 days of my hosting, but now that everything is working, im quite happy with it.

7/10 from me. ;)

You have unmanaged VPS with us and sorry for let you know that we don't give any support if you have unmanaged vps with free control panel client himself need to do all managed work, if there is any hardware issues in that case we will help and i know who formatted your VPS and all other thing.

Yea had a sever with them for another site but its as buggy as hell,i dont know what way they have the severs setup or who is setting them up but they fail as the sever was of no use to me as it spent more time down or giving off errors,glad to see mine wasnt the only case,u have to wonder how these people actaully run a "business" If they cant even set up a server right. And asked for a refund as it says it in the topic.

Here it says that 15 days refund and its says it in the faq but of course the have it different in there tos,which is pretty sneaky,And at the end of the day its not my fault they cant set the things up right.So much fail, Any way just a word of advice to stay away from the company and go for a company that can actually do it right and state clearly about shit. Any way If any one wants use of a shitty server for about 3 weeks pm me and i will give ye the login as i have no use for a server that works when it wants.

We have clearly written in our TOS that we don't give any money back on Unamanged VPS ( Offshore/Onshore ) Dedicated Server ( Onshore/Offshore ) and addons. About the Faq that is for shared,reseller and Managed VPS ( except cpanel license ).

And as you said there is buggy on server end can you say what type of bugs you are getting on server.

About Manic_ he is already our client you can ask him does he faced any server downtime from yet. About buggy you saying buggy on control panel if you did not setup them properly right.
 
But yet it says in the topic? in third post 15 days money back? And its doesnt say that in the faq? And i allready told u? And Yea manic and yea cause he had to get a differnt company to redo the vps ye did wrong?

I know and i am forget to edit 3rd post but we we have already shown on our product page no money back and on TOS also.

If any one take unmanaged vps with free control panel we don't support on free control panel bugs for solve and same thing was happened with maniac and i am also know who solved this he did not faced problem on server end. and about another company for manage unmanaged vps yes you can give your details to other company for solve it.

We don't scam anyone we are following our term of services, and why don't you say what error you are getting on server for which this things going on.

And i have allready got another server that works so it doesnt matter,i just dont liek to see that kinda of stuff going on.
 
you do know unmanaged means if theres a fault that you caused or you using kloxo which isnt best option its your problem to sort out as you not paying for them to fix it

i had a vps from vps9 and i had to pay for ioncube to be installed as i didnt have a clue how to do it so it be same for any others

well if it lag of speed or server keep going off then ye its there problem to sort i had one from sniper which he got from giga and they worst vps i ever had nothing but faults
 
Yea its the same from here,and the fact they do nothing to help even tho its there problem,at the end of the day i am used to setting up servers,its not my fault they do shit wrong and provide false information to cover them selfevs,they should be banned from wjunction for misleading information.

And at the end of the day i bought a service of them so i expect that service of them and not some shitty server run by kids.

Can you say what fault you are getting on server and if you are making all these that you only not facing and manic is also facing for your info manic have same problem with webmin as he did not able to install php, mysql and did not able to visit file manager as for opening file manager in webmin it needs java software to be installed in computer.

And about false information we did not shows any false information we shows true information also you should read Faq as well as TOS which you did not did that its not our fault.

Why don't you say what server issues you are getting and ignoring it. As i saw from power panel there is no issues your container is running properly.

If you are using it for rapidleech then we don't give guarantee about speed as we are putting 8-10 VPS users on 1 server. 100Mbps is share among them so speed will vary.
 
One of the worst, horrible and unprofessional hosting company I have ever deal with in my last 10 years. in Last 5 months almost 10-15 times hosting hosting was down and they did not bother to send one email notification, they are claiming 99% up time, believe me this is a Joke i would rather say 50% uptime. Customer Service is very bad and they chat like unproffesionals and attacking on customers. Never buy any hosting service from this company otherwise you will be in great trouble.:D
