u give so much download speed for free users and that is bad for Premium Sales
no one will buy if he can download so fast like that from ur host :D
i don't know if this speed in downloading from ur site from any country
but i think u may have reduce it to 150kb 8-) for free users
uload needs sales (to survive) and benefit and pay us
however
streaming needs bandwidth probably lock FREE speed from 260 to max. 400kb/s
of course they will decide at the end
if free speed is fast people will buy depends......this is not easy case to decide
yes hope to explain for sure when enabled again.
if we get a complaint and the takedown notice is "signed" as pdf we delete it immediately. if we just receive an email we check the file and if we're not sure we require a signed takedown notice... nothing will be deleted just on a simple request.
if we receive a lot of take down notices for one user we probably will ban his account, money, ip and mac address.
So please do never violate the rights of 3rd parties...
We don't sniff your files as we respect the privacy of our users. Feel free to lock your files with a password if those files are your important private files...We also will never give ip's or login informations to somebody. we just use your ip's to protect our service from spammers...
