I need to move them

What can you all offer me ?

Cpanel with space for plenty of domains is needed

perhaps you shoud try an vps.
proxy scripts need some capacities and i dont know any shared company that wants proxy sites on their shared servers

or may be dedicated IPs can help him on shared hosting.

i dnt think so any Reputed hosting Company will allow proxy on Shared node .
Better Buy Ecatel Dedi / buy vps from xsltel

No shared hosting provider will allow you to use proxy script even on dedicated IP, as proxy script consume high CPU, so you should go for a small VPS.
