Well the poster in that link isn't having problems with network performance but with false advertising. They cut his bandwith eventhough he hasn't reached the 150TB allotted to each user. makes you think twice before buying :/
Everyone has problems with every company. There is no such thing as perfect. Look at 100TB they too have disconnected users for doing "CDN" and people here (many of them) still use them. You cannot stop a sale based on one negative review. You got to try them out yourself.
As I can recall there is more complains about 100TB > RedStation and you got many people here using them for all sorts of things. Quick example.
