Uhm, Buysborg.com is a scam or no?

I'm not going to go all psycho like the East Asian members go here whenever they lose 3$ worth of alertpay/paypal/file host earnings money. I won't use pretty oversized colored fonts either. I'm going to be mature and straight to the point with this.

This is the transaction details of what I payed zAAz's exchanger on June 2nd,2011 for the 1 month sBorg pro....

zAAz then gave his services to this member: http://www.wjunction.com/member.php?u=15555
who now appears to be banned.

My sBorg has been down for 2 weeks now, 1 week after original purchased date.

My $9.50 was earned in 2 weeks as well.... I get like $0.50 a day worth of uploading which shows you that I don't upload to pay my rent but it also shows you that I don't earn them quite easily.

This isn't a thread where you can go on about saying "BuysBorg is SCAM THEY NO GIB MEH TEH SBORG". I want this issue to be resolved in a mature, orderly fashion.

I'm not stereotyping in anyway, though you guys have a tendency to show your short temper tantrums through immature ways. Stay on topic please.
 
Djilatino: Exactly the same issue happened with me. Paid 12.87$ to zAAz and after 12 days usage the account was disabled. I dont give a fuck to whom he sold the company to. I paid to him and hence it was his responsibility to ensure existing clients get their designated usage quota. Definteley SCAM !

PP don't give a shit about these problems... I opened a dispute for seedboxstore's scam and I got ignored for 1 month after 4 disputes.

I'm just saying I see it everyday in this forum that most East Asian's have short tempered.

If one day I wake up and see my bike was stolen and I automatically think "Black man probably stole my bike!" now that's stereotyping because it's not only rasict but it's ignorant unproven biased statement.
Let's end this here, I don't want this thread to be off topic.

Exactly what I said to zAAz, he got the money, not the new owner! balls to the new owner, I just want my money back!
 
all members that paid for the service but got shortchanged should open a PP dispute, 4-6 disputes to the same PP account should raise some red flags to PP.
 
I paid though AP. And AP support suckz tbh. Neways i will dispute the transaction. I tried contacting zaaz and his reply "I have sold the company now ok? Contact xIme" WTF? I say did i pay to xime?? X-(
 
zaaz should have responsibility to his "old" clients.. pushing off the issue aint gonna be good for his Rep if he wants to start providing service in the future.
 
As i said that i sold the whole company to xime, server + clients everything
Now its upto him that how can he handle clients.
I explained each and everything to lifetalk (MOD) that why he isn't replying
xime got banned as another guy opened a thread that buysborg scammed him,
go PM lifetalk and wait for his reply.
 
MainHoonNa thanks for ur suggestion. Me and Dj both are smods at sborg forums so we know what sborg offers. Neways fact is my payment was on behalf of a frnd who doesnt have a PP/AP id and I had to pay for him.(and he choose buySBorg :( ) So there was nothing i could do and he got Scammed to say the least.
