4 weeks is too long? You have no idea whats really going on so you should stop your speculating. The sites doing better then ever ... the original plan was to not even to get into PPD until 3 months in... PPD will come back when we're ready.

do you know that without proof calling a site scam isn't allowed here in WJ? sometimes the admin even banned the user just for say that!
ZAPuLAT3R has already told that both PPD & PPS is offline, so if u've any problem than dont use this site!
calling a site scam doesn't solve anything, it simply creates wrong perspective & also bad manipulation among other users..so try to avoid this kind of activities!
