Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Error

Dear Wj members, i need some help.

I got an error during upgrade Ubuntu:

pleas provide more info if you can which command you used for upgrading your system also make sure your package manager not used by other command or script

I follow these guide How to Upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 LTS to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Anyway, i got stuck after using command "shutdown -r now" , after got an error:

Can not run the upgrade This usually is caused by a system where /tmp is mounted noexec. Please remount without noexec and run the upgrade again.

I use these command;

sudo mount -o remount,exec /tmp

restart and then my OS not unreachable.

enter this command

sudo mount -t tmpfs -o exec tmpfs /tmp

after this command enter this one

mount

now should be fix
