They made it that way in kind of a some what in way of closure if it doesn't return, I was on my edge of me seat on almost every episode.

From the time the plane was hijacked...Disappearing (Thinking they had powers)...too all on board the plane was killed...and then...woke up...become sick...cured...and...then a plan was into action.

I was actually kind of hoping Sophia Maguire would of stayed the good guy in all of this, after all she did play a doctor in another known TV Series, ER and that lasted 15 Seasons, but she wasn't on all of them...Wish Thomas stayed the bad guy instead of being blown up, but if this does get renewed for a second season, I'm wondering since they're a human alien race, I'm sure there could be way to bring someone back from the dead. (Give them time, they might figure it out -- or just simply know how to 'Clone Thomas' with some extracted DNA they have on their planet and the science-st has it...)
 
It fucking blows that SyFy canceled Stargate Universe. That show was awesome, and the cliffhanger was a really bad way to end it.

@Castle - Since it just ended you're looking at in the fall probably around about the same as Season 3.

I don't what you're exactly looking for as I don't care for SciFi/Syfy, but only thing I know is about Syfy Channel.

  • SyFy
    • Eureka - Returning on July 11, 2011 for Season 4 Episode 11 (Episode Order, 20)
    • Eureka is already renewed for Season 5.
    • Caprica - Ended/Canceled, in January of this year.
    • Sanctuary (US) - Returning on June 10, 2011 for Season 3 Episode 18 (Episode Order, 20)
    • Sanctuary (US) is renewed for a Season 4.
    • Stargate Universe - Ended/Canceled, May 09, 2011 with 2 Seasons.
    • Warehouse 13 - Season 3 stats on July 11, 2011.

If you're looking for something more specific, I can take a look.

File this under ‘not so surprising but still a bit saddening’ news: Patrick Dempsey is checking out of ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ after the forthcoming eighth season. One of the shows last standing originals, Dempsey may have found his closure with working on the popular medical drama on ABC. The decision seems to be more of a career choice rather than financial; there comes a time when an actor no longer wants to continue. Steve Carell leaving The Office was this past season’s big departure (that was planned); will Dempsey’s be the one headlining next year?

There is talk that the eighth season in itself may be the series’ last – a decision of which has been in the talks far before Dempsey confirmed his departure. Men, rejoice – no longer do we need to compete with the doctor anymore. Bring on the lovin’.

Patrick Dempsey took the forum community by storm with his character of Dr. Derek Shepherd. He was the ideal husband/boyfriend/lover figure for all those female viewers out there. I hate Patrick Dempsey for this very reason. Since I am no doctor nor don a hairstyle that in itself is probably under a copyright, women flock to those who do. Then came along Don Draper a few years later in Mad Men. No longer did women want the emotional sweetness of McDreamy; they now wanted a stern, ruggedly handsome and tall man with an attitude and commitment problem. Don Draper, I both idolize you and hate you, but damn’t are you a grand ad salesman.

What say you McDreamy fans – will you watch Grey’s Anatomy without Patrick Dempsey? Should the show go beyond the eighth season? Sound off below.

Hell, I don't know - I watch a lot of TV...and when it's a slow break and nothing on, I download TV Packs of 'Full Seasons' of shows that are off air.

Jag - 10 Seasons (waiting for a movie to come out.)
NCIS - 8 Seasons and still on air.
Charmed - 8 Seasons (I read this is continued into some form of comic, but wouldn't mind a reunion movie...)
Friends - 10 Seasons (Would like a reunion movie)
7th Heaven - 11 Seasons (Maybe a reunion movie)
Becker - 6 Seasons

Right now, I'm watching 24 from the beginning, Never watched it before, I'm on Season 6, Episode 23...then 24, then I get to watch 24: Redemption (The Movie)...This was around the time when there was a writers strike and a Season 7 didn't return until a year later and then we got a Season 8 and now it's ended until the new movie comes out.
