I believe it's the user's decision whether he wants to open a link in a new window, a new tab, or the same window. That's all in line with the W3C rules for strict XHTML.
Just use the third mouse button on any link you want to open in a new window or tab. (Firefox, Opera, etc)
I do not code so I don't understand what you are talking about. I am using google chrome. Also On the drop down alphabet letters, maybe have an option to expand it into movies and tv shows because after a while it will become pretty cluttered.
Stupid for not having a second page that contains the links, would be better for getting search engine traffic since now it will prolly only index the "index page" :D
I like the little thing all the way at the bottom that links to your twitter and blogspot blogs but someone would only know that if they actually clicked on the links. If you really wanted to advertise those links just make something visual to represent those sites.
Site design is just fine, nothing needs to be changed, nice and simple. Not gonna lie, logo looks pretty bad.
To improve the user experience and as there were a lot of confused visitors according to the stats, I changed the download pages to make things easier for the occasional user.
