Turning on/off VB 3.8.2

can any one tell how to turn off/on of Maintanance mode in 3.8.2 VB ? i forgot please urgent help

ah man. just dont bother,
you turn it off by going
admincp>> vbulletin options>> turn vbulletin on/off>> select it to no and write the message.
now if you cannot do that simple task, dont bother with vbulletin.
