Most phones which use newer software now automatically load mp4 files to the built in video player.

Like android browser will force all mp4 direct downloads to the video player streamer.

Any other format will not be streamed unless the phone understands the language of the codec. So to add videos to your site it would require linking direct mp4's or youtube links to a image of a video player which would need the user to click and the video will start.

Flash lite (mobile adobe flash) is very horrible and as of now works fine, but does not include the features to make full screen or using the flash menu.

I see, so it won't work unless I host the videos myself or manage to bypass hotlinking protection.
