Quick review after an unsuccessful order with trizzle.

I ordered a Kimsufi 2G plan but after made payment with paypal I get refund automatically.

I don't know about tech support but support in pre sale is poor. I have never faced any problem like this before.

Yes i can Verify this chat log its real

Client was auto suspended by maxmind Fraud Protection

Risk : Fraud Level 70 (Highest i have even seen)

I said that I can provide any information you need to verify my order. And if my order is highest fraud level you have seen, I think you don't have many order by paypal because I made many payment like this before. And even if it marked fraud, I think you should verify before auto refund. That means you don't need customers.

But I appreciate that you confirmed that chat log and hope you can improve your system

fraud check is installed so that the company doesn't go in loss and so that it can provide good service to it's clients .... if you got as fraud just send the proofs and then the payment again ... whats the problem in that ?
 
I cant understand why you dont use same eMail as PayPal for make for client account at Trizzile´s billing system. If you´re arent using and stolen PP acc or hacked, why you cant use same eMail for recieve the login information of your products?

You want the best prices and also your own terms for rent them :facepalm:

The problem is that they don't require any proofs from me. They refund my payment automatically (I think it's their system). But they didn't inform me anything about this problem.

I don't want to use my paypal email because I don't want my paypal email get mail everytime they send email to notify (ticket reply, network problem or hardware problem etc). I said that I will provide anything (even photo id, phone number ...) to verify my order :). I don't beleive any stolen pp acc or hacked can do that

I accept paypal it is widely accepted everyone has a pp account.

As for bank transfer i have bank account in eu and us too so u can send there

For asian countries they usually use wmz and lr which is easy yo get exchanged from lr.

For kingdcp he paid from VN ip with some other country pp his order was verified by maxmind but refunded because of that

You are a liar or your system is suck :facepalm: How can that paypal is from other country when I have my local bank link to it?

It's not wrong when I used my own paypal.

And I have same problem when order from Franceservers.com. Even before go to paying process, my order has been cancelled (I think it caused by my IP - VN IP). Please notice that I still hadn't paid anything that time. That means it's not my paypal account problem. But instead of just ignore me without any notify, they require me passport id and I did that. Then everything go smoothy and I'm waiting for my server.

We both use :P MaxMind Fraud Protection anyways sorry but my manager wont approve of it really sorry :(
