Please give an update on when the server is going to be back online...according to the email that you sent it was going to take 6-8 hours and it was sent at my local time of 3am so 8 hours would be 11am my local time. it is currenly 12:23pm...

if your going to be back online at the same time like yesterday then i got another 12 hours(or 12am which i will be asleep so that would make it two days of no rdp) to wait before I will get the log in to my rdp for the first time...

this is turning for the worse....also my account has not been credited for the one day of no sevice..
