Transferring domain

can any1 tell me how i transfer my domain from 1st godaddy account to any other?

I've tried it on namecheap.com They need a "EPP code" which godaddy will provide you with which you can transfer your domain

Its easy, every account has its own unique number, And a iPIN for you,
Select transfer domains and enter your iPIN, thats all !
Am I right ? Please correct
