ok its very simple
i hope u must have heard of ImpEX by jelsoft
this helps u to convert ipb to vb 3/4
u will have to install a new vb board and upload impex on it
and edit the impex config to match with the source and the target database
and start the import on the new vb database
by this was u can successfully convert ipb to vb

hope this helped
if u need further help pls pm me

u need a tool named Implex but it will coz some serious problems :)
hello sir,
i dont think its gonna cause serious probs cause this is 100% safe
coz all import is done on a new database means no harm to the existing database ;)
anything can be recovered anytime

very simple. Pay for the script and vb will do it for free. I dont understand why anyone wuld transfer an ipb 3 script over to a bloated vb4 and with it being nulled its probably worse.
Why dont you pay for software so you can update and keep your users secure

vb 4.0.3? I though vb 4.0.2 is the latest. Anyway I'd also advise staying away from VB for a while. IPB 3.1 is about to be released and looks fantasitic. You should wait for vBulletin 4 to become a bit more stable and have the problems fixed and by then IPB 3.1 will be out and you won't want to move.

EDIT: oh ya 4.0.3 came out yesterday. Cool I'll have a look and see what's fixed
