I don't see links of your TOS and Privacy Policy on TracSpace.net. And that's something which every Website should have. Especially the ones where something is being sold.

Also, I had to remove "Fast and Reliable" from your thread title, as those are the so called "buzz words".
 
beware of theses i never got a refund when i paid in front then i decided i wanted to move to another provider and i cancelled the host and didnt get my refund

WHat is the memory maximum for php set?
 
If you do have servers in Poland it is impossible that dcma will be ignored.

IF yes, tell me how you have achieved that ?

Poland is not good host for warez....
 
Mate Im from Poland and I would not even think about hosting warez site in my country, a lot of Polish warez sites (hosted in PL) has been closed by police. We have a very restrictive law when it comes to warez.

They will ignore the DCMA, but their DC won't - they will remove content otherwise get suspended!

@Nick It's not quite as it seems, DC also can ignore the DCMA, but soon your site will be observed by police and other antypiracy institutions and then for sure you will have problems ...
