Hello everyone.
Actually a friend of mine wanted to host a torrent tracker.

SO he wants an offshore hosting for that.

You'll need a SeedBox (Dedicated Server) that should have 100 MBit Lines for smooth Torrents Uploading & Downloading
If you'll have 100 MBit Server, then you can get a Maximum speed of 10 MBPS :D
Also, your Servers should be located in China Or Germany

Does he need a seedbox or just a tracker where you can download torrents?
We at wrzhost can host trackers on VPS and Dedicated plans.
We don't support seedboxes though,maybe in a near future.

most probably we will be using BTI tracker .
