Why not use RuTorrent? I find that one very easy to use

I also recommend RuTorrent.. It's very easy and userfriendly.. But it installation is quit difficult because u do write some code on ssh console.

You can use qbittorrent in Windows server/vps too.

For linux i would recommend Rutorrent as there is no alternative. For windows I recommend Deluge 1.3.1 ...Good Luck

Recommend Transmission & deluge as torrent clients for linux OS. Both are easy to install.
