I don't follow this. If someone buys it can they renew it? I though you have to renew it before it expires?

Anyway can the original poster please provide more information. What registar it's currently hosted with and a screenshot of it in their account to prove they infact own it (assuming you can sell an expired domain which I'm unsure of).

this expired, the main owner has 30 days to renew it i believe then he can sell it. I believe he was trying to scam someone by selling them a domain with 1 day left?
