The idea of creating a website that's free for all users, where anyone can post videos, is very practical.Unfortunately, you also have to ensure that certain videos aren't posted.
There needs to be clear rules here, which I unfortunately can't find on the website (FAQ, for example).Traffic is also important for the website. Users don't put in much effort, and then the website doesn't have enough visitors.

The concept is good, but I think it requires really good planning and implementation.

I supposed site is quite new isn't it? I saw only 3 videos uploaded.

Allow me to give you some words.

Bad parts
- It's hard to watch your video due to very annoying ads that appeared when I tried to watch the video. I didn't even success to just start the videos because a big ads blocked the movie player's buttons. (I use my phone browser).
- With only 3 videos, you make a thread here and trying to gather some reviews about your site. From my opinion, its a bold and risky move. People will ignore your site after they visit it. You should wait a bit after your site have some videos uploaded.
- You said everyone can upload videos, but I couldn't see register or login button, I hope I'm wrong and miss it.

Good parts
- I love dark background site, make me easier to read.
- Beside the annoying ads, your site looks clean and simple.
- Cam is a good niche to pick.

Suggestions
- You should constantly upload videos in every single days. I saw you put a link to a very big porn forum, whether you are the owner or not, I believe you already have a place to get some resources.
- as a new site, please give more your times to on page SEO. Write some unique amount words of your videos descriptiom, choose good words for your video title, don't use so many tags at first due Google will denied to index it if your tags lack of content as your site at the moment only have 3 videos.
- if you are serious to improve your site and make it big, do not think just upload video and put ads on it. Its not simple as that. You already picked a good niche, you should make viewers enjoy much watching porn on your site. Lower your amount of ads.
